On-site sign up
On Friday evening and Saturday morning.
26.8. 2022 18:00 – 22:00
27.8. 07:00 – 08:30
Organiser will check your documents: pilot licence and insurance (Insurance of accident to third party).
You will sign paper stating you are participating at your own risk, under laws and you can't sue us for any harm.
Opening briefing
27.8. 08:30 – 09:00
Official start of event. We will present plan for Saturday and ideally all pilots will go up the hill immediately.
Competition days
27.8. 09:00 – 19:00 (civil twilight)
27.8. 08:00 – 15:00
On Saturday we will fly until twilight end. When 6th round is closed on Saturday, race will be closed too with ceremony in the evening/early night. If there is less then 6 rounds on Saturday we are obligated to fly on Sunday. In that case we will fly until 14:00.
Closing ceremony
Expected time is between 15:00 - 16:00. This time is provisional. In case of closing 6th round on Saturday we will not fly on Sunday and ceremony will be shifted.

Accommodation
It is best to sleep right in Skleník (Glass house). Unfortunately there is limit space. Accommodation is simple on bunk beds. There is option to sleep in rented caravan or caravan of yourself. When you sleep in cars you must pay for using shower and toilet.
In Dobroměřice (5 min by car) is turistic accommodation.
Near town Louny (8 min by car) offers plenty of possibilities. It is also very nice place with old towers.
